Departure test

When horses are flown by plane to their new destination, they are once more submitted to a small health test. The horse must be fit and healthy for the journey to its new owner.

Transport

After all blood tests, CEM and clinical tests are passed the horse is ready for departure to the new destination. Together with a specialized company in transporting horses, Universal Horse Trading can also take care of a smooth journey. Each country has its own separate regulations with regard to quarantine and tests. The transport company will provide you with professional advice. You can also arrange your own transport,

Transport insurance

Universal Horse Trading recommends insuring the horse during the transport. We can arrange this, but you are also entirely free to make arrangements with your own insurance company.
